We offer free standard shipping for purchases in a single checkout within countries/regions including Canada, China,, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan Region, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States

For orders containing multiple items, we will ship the package once all items are ready. If an item requires special separate packaging, it will be highlighted and mentioned in its product description.

Please make sure the full address, including country/region, province/state, city/area, street address, building, and apartment number, if applicable and Postal Code/ZIP code, is submitted when placing your order.

For recipients in United States, please provide the complete physical address in English. Please note: we cannot guarantee successful shipments to P.O. Boxes due to the lack of accessibility for carriers. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping address may be canceled. thatskyshop is not responsible for any shipment loss, damage or failure when a P.O. Box is used as the shipping address.

If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address/email address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. thatskyshop will charge an additional shipping fee as needed. thatskyshop is not responsible for incorrect shipping/email information. thatskyshop does not refund shipping charges for packages that the recipient rejects.
